Business Management Systems

Validus offers specific services for clients who want more training on how to improve the business management systems within their organization.

We offer standardized and customized training courses to fit your business’ needs. Our courses focus on business improvement at several different levels and can be offered either on-site or via Web-based learning tools.  Some examples of our training include:

  • General business improvement
  • Quality Improvement Systems
    • ISO 9001
    • USDA PVP
  • Environmental business improvement

Consulting – While we take pride in teaching business improvement, we also get satisfaction from helping clients achieve these improvements.

Documentation is often a big hurdle for many companies on a business improvement path. Validus offers assistance in defining and developing procedures and reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures already in place. This helps make the paperwork much less overwhelming.

We also offer implementation planning and assistance with business improvement systems, and have served agri-business, ag producers, manufacturing, and service-related sectors, with management systems. Our specific experience includes the following standards:

  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • USDA Process Verified

Auditing – While most business professionals bristle when they hear the word “audit”, auditing is often one of the most overlooked business improvement tools available. Validus can help turn this typically negative experience into a success story for your company.

We offer the following services:

  • GAP Analysis – A GAP analysis assessment or pre-audit of your organization determines what is already in place or where improvement is needed for a specific business improvement tool. This process is an on-site, one to one and a half-day process that will help ensure the company is setting realistic expectations regarding its implementation timeline.
  • Internal or Third-Party Audits – Besides conducting a GAP analysis, Validus also conducts internal audits for clients. This choice is often used by companies who do not have the human resources to spare their own people for audits each year, or can’t expend the monetary resources on training auditors.
