Ag Dust
EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson sent letters to Congress stating clearly that she has no intention of amending the health standard related to course dust. No pending ag dust rulemaking changes exist. By statute, however, EPA is required to review the science behind health standards related to these pollutants every 5 years.
